He holds good experience and is a hard task master when it comes to systems, processes, and quality parameters.

With more than 25 years of experience handling large plants, Brijesh has learned and developed great skills in managing production lines in an efficient way ensuring zero defects and minimal wastage along with optimizing manpower, processes, and better use of available resources. His roots from a humble farmer family make him a practical approach man to solve the complex situation easily.
With hands-on technical sound knowledge, Brijesh does work with a vision to “Do Less Accomplish More”.
A visionary experienced professional, with more than 25 years of experience, working with various MNCs, Private/Foreign Banks, Deepak turned himself as an entrepreneur 7 years ago in management & business consultancy, developing himself as a business turnaround professional. An avid traveler who visited more than 15 countries in his lifetime enhancing networks, and technologies, learning various trades and practices and different work cultures, inspired him to get into the manufacturing sector.
With a vision to add value to the life and specially contribute to the native place in possible ways, he got into this venture of manufacturing Indian Namkeen products. As a forward-looking person, he always searches opportunities in every situation. Associated with various institutions and a regular visitor to the management colleagues for guest lectures, Deepak is a live example of where there is a will there is a way!
